Time for Chili!

Chili Cook Off fools!!! That's right. It's time for chili. April 18th. This year there is going to be a $5 entry fee for all chili's (don't worry we're going to have some great prizes). Anyone who is interested in participating let me know ASAP so I can get you on the list! We're going to have three categories to enter in: Traditional, Tradition w/ Bean, and Vegetarian (same as last year). The voting is going to be different in hopes of avoiding the Florida disaster that occurred at our last event. Everyone will rate each chili on an overall scale of 1-10, no decimals. This should make voting and calculating the results much more efficient. I hope to see everyone there. Who knows maybe you'll be the one to take down our reigning champions Matt and Kelsey who took best in show last year with the "Durn Good Chili".
