Hey, that same problem trying to fall asleep but having your mind full of 1,000 things plagues me as well. I usually do 1 of 2 things, both of which help: 1) turn on the lights, get a pad of paper and a pen, and write down everything that is bothering you or that you can't get out of your head. 2) Focus on one memory or event and relive it in as minute detail as possible. Good luck getting some shut eye!
