Strange news from the other side of the planet

I was in contact with the ever elusive Pangford today. Here's a transcript of the conversation. I hope that you all find it as entertaining as I did:

< Desomniac >

< Pangford >

I want to tell my story caught on the beach but I've now built so much pressure that I feel I have to call out the combination of both the Welsh and Scottish guy in the office to direct a story half way to Ireland in the old stone coble pub with wise man fisherman style telling
what to do ! shit
this weekend I was able to view the same women cuter off all her hair, shove it in her mouth clasp her hands to the sky and submerge herself in seran wrap
LOL LOL what the fuck are you talking about!?!?!??!

after that I saw her stuff a bottle of baby powder in her mouth, blow it out and engulf herself in 100 % pure honey
I'm not shitting you
wow
do you have pictures?
well the hair cutting wrapping part was recently video taped of her inside a mall but infront of the full wall projection she continued with the battle among herself and her stalkings, the baby powder mouth feeder, and the honey
she is this interesting 40year old french artist I met this weekend
and she related the cutting of her hair to the remembrance of post world war 2
when her father told her the story of how in their home town the locals gathered all the known prostitutes and french women who were believed to have slept with german soldiers
then in the town center they cut off their hair
I though it was relating to a similar belief my hindi friend told me about entering a temple and offering your most beautiful natural possession and I asked her and she told me and she then gave me a jar of honey
good day sir, I must leave for work
did you rub it all over yourself?
do i get you for christmas?
i hope hope hope so
My buddy does and I will get them for you
pictures i'm referring to
sweet "sow" pork
with half bowl of rice
"flied lice you plick"
bye bye
later

This has nothing to do with The Princess Bride

Can't wait to get back on the mountain. Soon. Very Soon...

I love that when I got home last night my apartment wasn't a sauna. The old house was an oven. Hopefully that means that I can sleep easy tonight. The 90 degrees isn't bad, it's the 80 degree nights that's killer...

Fucked up scene. I forgot to put on my patch today. Urge to kill was rising. Then I find that in my cargo pocket there was a pack of cigarettes. Of all the days to find a full pack of cigarettes. I smoked one and then gave the rest of the pack away. I think I'm going to have to keep a couple patches at work for these situations in the future...

I'm going to get a picture of corn getting covered in honey this weekend. It's for the new blog banner I'm working on. I couldn't be happier...

Damn I really want a slurpee. First stop after work 7-11...

Cheers to better days

Today is much better than yesterday for many reason...

The Flaming Lips new album is streaming at www.colbertnation.com I recommend you all take a listen. It's great. Once I get it on my iPod I doubt that I'll listen to anything else for about a month.

Also came out that Pavement is going to be doing a reunion tour in 2010. I'm stoked! I never got to see them before they broke up because I wasn't privy to their existence. I just hope that they don't make this a festival tour. Oh how I hate festivals.

I've also drank about a pot and a half of coffee and am hyper-caffeinated. So even if things are shitty I'm too hyped up to care.

I might post another Unmonitored Outlet post...I can't decide right now.

I know that I've asked this before, but I feel that it's just as valid now as ever: Did you just rub honey all over yourself???

Cover your eyes

I was in a piss poor mood yesterday. Today is a little better for a few reasons...

I started a Facebook fan page for Urban Phantom. I love this bear. However I would like to know if the sighting on Beacon Hill was for real. I'm really hoping to get home and find him in my back yard chillin' next to the brewery...

I bought groceries last night (thanks dad). I remembered the milk but forgot honey...

Lately I've had the inclination to use my blog as a place to vent a lot of frustration. For the most part I've been extremely reserved. But there are many things that have angered me recently...

I am a very lucky person to have access to the NESF. When everything in my life seems like a chaotic mess it always seems to ground me and put things back into perspective. Without it I think that my life would have crashed and burned long ago...

I love America. Sometimes I wonder if she loves me back...

*Don't worry I'm sure Godzilla didn't kill him for long, he just needs to rub some honey on the wounds and he'll be fine*

Semisesquicentennial, Demisesquicentennial or Hemisesquicentennial?

Today is a good day. Not sure why. Waking up was a little rough, but as soon as I got to work I was in a great mood. I think that it has something to do with all the Animal Collective I've been listening to (it's all I've listened to for days now)...

I'm trying to make a unicorn horn for our shipper. He's the last unicorn. He needs a horn. A majestic horn. With tassels...

Tomorrow I'm taking a class. It's called "Blog to Book". Looks interesting. Hopefully I'll learn some new techniques that I'll be able to show off for you next week...

Tonight everything is going to start to change. The garden has grown out of control and I can't reach it's inner workings, so it all has to move. Which means that I have to move the table, the shelves, the plants, the light, well everything in the dining room. In the end it will be better though. Peas are coming in nicely. And the bell peppers are shooting out flowers left and right. The tobacco is growing rapidly. Hopefully it doesn't take over. Wait, maybe thats a good thing...

I'm still laughing about honey...

...

Did you just rub honey all over yourself???
